Indiana PI tangled up in kidnapping case touts special relationship with Polk County prosecutors during recorded phone call

By Timothy Charles Holmseth on September 6, 2018 at 12:47 P.M. CST

During a court hearing on August 30, 2018 at the Polk County Courthouse in Crookston, East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad attempted to derail the legal strategy of Timothy Charles Holmseth by requesting a Rule 20.01 evaluation - implying Holmseth is not mentally competant.

Holmseth is using the federal courts to address the systemic violation of his First Amendment protections after he uncovered evidence of a child sex trafficking and porn operation connected to local officials.

Holmseth possesses hours of recordings that show out of state actors have been telephoning Galstad and warning him that he better committ Holmseth into a psyche ward or Galstad and the City of EGF will suffer consequences. Holmseth has evidence Galstad and select police officers are being blackmailed with recordings of their miscondcut that will be published on You Tube by 'Anonymous' if Galstad does not comply.
